The company "Drive Industry" was established in 2001 to participate in public procurement tenders for the purpose of material and technical support of enterprises.
Currently, the company "Drive Industry" is a well-formed team of highly qualified specialists, which owns its own material and technical base, production workshops, warehouses and well-built infrastructure. This contributes to the high- quality and timely provision of enterprises of the railway, metallurgical industry and industrial enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
COMPANY PROFILE
«Drive» Company was founded in 2001 for the participation in the bidding for public procurement for the purposes of material and technical support of enterprises.
In 2011 the Company was renamed into «Drive Industry» LLP and new name was related to the requirements of Prequalification Committee of foreign companies working in oil and gas industry.
Presently «Drive Industry» Company – is a well-built team of highly qualified employees, which has its own material and technical base, production shops, warehouses and well-established infrastructure. This promotes to quality and timely support of railway metallurgical and oil and gas industry enterprises and industrial facilities of RK.
Moreover, the operation of the company is related to the implementation of new technologies in the field of railway transportation. Company «Drive Industry» produces spare parts for railway rolling stock (Connecting hose Р17B), equipment for the Central Security Systems (2DT1-300 impedance bond), Pneumatic system for blowing turnouts .
For the moment, «Drive Industry» company is included into the register of bona fide suppliers and register of native goods manufacturers of National Welfare Fund Samruk Kazyna JSC.
In 2017 «Drive Industry» company passed the pre-qualification selection (PQS) among the suppliers according to the requirements of National Welfare Fund Samruk Kazyna JSC.

In 2010-2012 the Company participated in the republican railway construction projects on the route of Zhanaozen St. - Bolashak St. (Turkmenia border), Zhetygen St. – Korgas St. (PRC border).
2012-2013 - the Company implemented the renovation technologies of railroad switch worn parts (frog, rail tongue, rail ends, slipping) by welding technique using shielded flux-cored wire and European equipment (Translamatic- France, ESAB-Sweden)
2015 – performance tests for welding on of cross bars in main lines of «National company «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» JSC were carried
2016 - performance tests of joint welding by aluminothermic method were carried
2016 – successful tests of roller systems for exploitation of no-lubrication pointworks manufactured by Austroroll (Austria) were carried in mainlines of «National company «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» JSC and "Metropolitan" of Almaty city PMI

Aluminothermic welding
Aluminothermic welding of rails is applied for creation of continuous welded rail and elimination of defects of Р-65, Р-50 rails, as well as of crane and tram rails.
Technology of thermite buildup of rail heads (THR)
THR technology is up-to-date and quality technology for recovery of integrity of rail head by elimination of defects and increase of operational life.
Automated surfacing
One of the main ways to extend the service life of rails and crosspieces of switches, using automated equipment and powder self-protective wire.
Railcar lubricator (VRS)
Rail-lubricating equipment designed for applying grease to the inner side surface of the rail head in curved sections of the track in a non-contact way (through nozzles) in automatic mode, as part of trains and locomotives on high-load main tracks.
Mechanical track rail lubricator
Is used to lubricate railway wheels/rails and switches. It allows several times to reduce the wear of these surfaces during the passage of radius sections of the track and reduces the resistance of the train movement.
The valve of blowing switches from snow
Designed to work in DC circuits and serves for remote control of air supply in devices for pneumatic cleaning of railway switches from snow.
Production of small-scale mechanization equipment (rail drilling machines, rail-cutting machines, sleeper tampers, power plants, gantry cranes, screwdrivers, overclockers, rail gap adjuster, tin smiths and jacks)
Ensures guaranteed operability of the equipment and extends its service life. A 12-month warranty is provided for all types of manufactured equipment. Only new factory and original spare parts are used in production. All products are accompanied by service maintenance.
Production of polymer and insulating joints
This technology solves the problem of obtaining effective and ubiquitous (relative to the joint) electrical insulation of the butt joint, as well as protection against the closure of the rail circuit by foreign metal objects in the area of the butt gap.
